Service Description

Experience the benefits of interval training, tempos, thresholds, and hills, with our specialized running group. Improve your speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance in a supportive environment. Sessions will follow the same format each week. - Session Briefing - Warm-up - Session - Cool down - Debrief. There will be opportunities for quick drinks throughout, and a few minutes available to change shoes between the warm-up and session, and again after the session before the cool down, if required. Please arrive early, as the sessions will start at 6 am. We have to race in all weather conditions, so we will train in all weather conditions, too. Please be mindful of the conditions and come prepared for anything. If adverse weather is predicted, a call will be made at the earliest possible opportunity by OVERLAP as to whether the session will be cancelled. This will be communicated via the WhatsApp chat group. If no communication is made, assume the session is going ahead as planned. Grab your kit, your mates, and let's enhance our running together.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Group Training Sessions (PARK). Please review our terms and conditions carefully. ELIGIBILITY & FITNESS REQUIREMENTS Participants must be at least 18 years old. Individuals must possess a basic level of health and fitness to join our sessions. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before participating. By joining our sessions, you affirm that you are physically capable of participating in group running activities. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Advance registration is required for all group training sessions. Payment for sessions must be completed at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of session cancellations by us. SESSION CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit toward a future session. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches and fellow runners. Please arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Proper running attire and footwear are required for safety and comfort. LIABILITY WAIVER By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge that running involves physical exertion and potential risk. You agree to release OVERLAP and its employees from any liability related to injury or damage incurred during the sessions. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the coach at the start of the session. PRIVACY POLICY We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
