We understand how hard choosing the correct size online can be and therefore we offer returns for store credit to the value of the product if the size is incorrect. However, as this is a pre-order item, there may not be any other sizes available for you, so please choose carefully. If the size you wish to exchange for is not available, you can choose to wait until the next pre-order (which has no set date for when), or you can claim 50% cash back.
If there is damage to the product when you receive it, then will offer store credit to the value of the product (minus postage) or a full refund to the value of the product (minus postage). We will also arrange for the item to be shipped back to us, at our cost.
