They take a holistic approach with coaching and ensure that your training fits with your life, no matter how much you have going on.

All members of the OVERLAP run coaching team have a minimum Level 1 Recreation Running accreditation through Athletics Australia. This is a minimum standard upheld by OVERLAP.

Paige's passion is all things health and fitness. She is a super determined person, and gets great enjoyment out of helping other people succeed. No goal is too big or small, a win is a win! Although she has dabbled in the odd trail race, Paige much prefers the roads.

Kyle is the co-owner of Hustle Strength & Fitness. He brings over 7 years of experience helping athletes enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

By assessing each individual, he develops tailored strength training programs that address key areas of focus, empowering the athlete to train smarter and achieve long-term success.
