ORDERS & SHIPPING
ORDERS
All items, with the exception of the Fractel x OVERLAP Hats, are either 'made to order' or 'pre-ordered'. There are usually a few Race shirts/singlets left over from the pre-order, which will remain available to purchase until they are all sold.
Made to Order
Items that are labelled as 'made to order' are done so through a third-party and hence the design process doesn't begin until the purchase has been made.
Please allow up to 14 days for these items to be processed, then add on shipping times. You will be updated throughout the process.
Pre-order
When items are listed as 'pre-order' it is usually because this is a new line/season being released. These items are ordered in bulk from a third-party supplier and cannot be done until pre-orders have been made and paid for.
OVERLAP will announce via its group messaging platforms when Pre-orders are going live for a particular item/s and when the cutoff date is. All pre-orders must be paid for before the cutoff date.
Design, manufacture, and supply are usually 8-10 weeks.
OVERLAP will receive the entire bulk order and then distribute it to those who have pre-ordered.
Any remaining items will be made available in the Store for purchase until sold out.
OVERLAP will announce via its group messaging platforms once the order has been received, and that individual shipping will commence.
SHIPPING
Shipping is paid for at checkout.
Shipping times and any delays are subject to Australia Post schedules.
Standard and Express shipping is available for purchase at checkout.
Any orders valued at over $100 total will receive free STANDARD shipping.
Any orders valued at over $150 total will receive free EXPRESS shipping.
TERMS
It is up to the purchaser to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout.
OVERLAP takes no responsibility for lost items, and will not provide a refund or replacement item if an incorrect or old address has been entered.
